Job Summary
Finance & Administration Officer role supporting customer queries and end-to-end administrative tasks across invoicing, cost recovery, supplier payments and rate structures. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, escalating where needed for goodwill credits, maintaining client credit and query registers, auditing invoicing and supplier rate structures, creating and maintaining customer accounts in Transport Management System and accounting systems, conducting periodic audits to ensure 100% invoice accuracy, managing the Supplier Payment Register, developing checking mechanisms for accuracy, and ensuring timely communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. The role also covers routine tasks such as credit applications processing, weekly/monthly account maintenance, and compliance with company policies and WH&S responsibilities. Proficiency in coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain accurate customer and carrier data and to support financial operations within the logistics environment is expected.
