Job Summary
Admin Executive at JLL oversees regulatory compliance and financial administration within facilities management. Responsibilities include implementing compliance with The Companies Act and corporate laws, monitoring regulatory requirements, conducting compliance reviews, managing vendor invoices and accounts payable, assisting with cost tracking and budgeting, generating monthly and quarterly reports, and supporting accounting functions for facility and engineering management teams. The role also requires strong MS Office skills, leadership ability, and the ability to maintain internal controls and financial reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Commerce degree
- 3-4 years experience in accounts and finance
- strong working knowledge of account reconciliation
- financial summaries and cash flow statements
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
