Job Summary
Admin Executive Assistant to support operations, compliance workflows, client onboarding, and internal coordination within an ITAD environment. Responsibilities include administrative coordination and scheduling, maintaining audit-ready documentation, supporting compliance-sensitive workflows, records management, data validation, and cross-team communication. Must be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with professionalism and confidentiality. Tools used include Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar). The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and ownership of operational tasks to ensure compliant, reliable, and organized workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant roles
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Slack
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
