Job Summary
Evaluation Specialist role delivering data collection, reporting, analysis, and quality improvement across the organization. Works with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate reporting, monitor performance measures, and support state, federal, grant, and CCBHC requirements. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, refining EHR reports, ensuring timely submissions, analyzing performance data to support CQI initiatives, identifying data quality concerns, assisting with certification/recertification activities, and translating data into actionable improvements for leadership and staff. Requires an Associate's degree (or equivalent) with at least one year of data management/quality assurance experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational/communication abilities. Preferred Bachelor's degree; experience with EHR systems, Power BI/Tableau/SQL, and familiarity with behavioral health quality measures and federal grant reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in health information, public health, business administration, statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of experience in data management, reporting, compliance, quality assurance, or administrative support in a healthcare or nonprofit setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
