Job Summary
Oversee the effective delivery of radiology operations and services across the enterprise, partnering with leadership to refine programs and align with organizational objectives. Monitor key metrics utilizing a comprehensive dashboard to maximize efficiency, utilization, patient access, and financial outcomes while ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. Manage the radiology leadership team through recruiting, retention, and development, while collaborating with AVPs, physician leaders, and Joint Venture partners to plan for future growth and system optimization. Identify improvement opportunities and develop viable solutions, maintaining constant readiness to address deficiencies and stay current with new regulations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience as a radiology department head
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate of AMA approved school for Radiologic Technology
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years experience preferred
- ARRT – preferred
- CRA – preferred at hire or to be achieved within 12 months of hire
- Master's Degree in related health care field or business preferred
