Job Summary
Grow Your Career by supporting store management in administrative functions, including scheduling interviews, onboarding new Associates, maintaining personnel files, cash office duties, and ensuring proper Associate coverage and adherence to labor laws and store policies. Collaborates with management on training needs, shrink reduction programs, safety, and customer experience initiatives; emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and effective communication to drive a positive store environment. Location: Troy, MI with starting pay range of $15.25-$15.75/hour, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
