Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for All City Environmental Services in Chicago; duties include handling routing documentation and manifests for the FST team, reviewing and posting work orders and billing, preparing paperwork for billing submittal, managing scheduling support and customer communication, using CRM/field-service software, and maintaining filing systems and records. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with Excel/Word. Familiarity with billing processes, service documentation, scheduling, and data entry is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of general office functions required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
