Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, coordinating conferences/events, preparing materials and minutes, handling document creation and management, maintaining records and compliance, and facilitating communication with staff, school personnel, state/local officials, and community partners. Requires ability to handle confidential information, coordinate cross-functional tasks, operate Microsoft Office 365 tools, and work in a multi-site environment; role emphasizes organization, professionalism, and teamwork to support youth-focused programs within The Table Community Foundation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least 48-semester college units or successful completion of the Paraeducator exam
- TB test clearance
- DOJ/FBI criminal background check
- Experience working with youth
- General knowledge of core elementary subjects
- Strong classroom and behavioral management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Professional communication with students, parents, and community partners
