Job Summary
Admin Assistant-Kitchen responsibilities include entering and retrieving information in computer databases, updating records, handling mail, preparing letters and memos, operating standard office equipment, and using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. The role also involves organizing filing systems, processing and routing documents, managing guest inquiries with professional language, maintaining confidentiality, supporting the team to achieve goals, and providing courteous service to guests. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors. Marriott International context and Herzliya, Israel location are noted.
