Job Summary
Ensure timely access to equipment, software, and files so hearings start on time and participants are recorded properly. Conduct continuous live monitoring of recordings to guarantee full and precise transcripts for each administrative hearing. Prepare and submit PDF summaries, gather and distribute exhibits, and report daily details via the employee website. Maintain accurate files and records while adhering to established processes and procedures. Requires 40 adjusted WPM typing speed, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Training is provided; no prior VHR or legal experience is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Knowledge of Adobe, MS Teams and Excel
- Ability to operate a desktop computer
- Demonstrates professionalism and the capacity to foster positive working relationships with colleagues and the general public
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to adhere to established processes and procedures
- Consistently upholds confidentiality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be punctual
- Must be trustworthy
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must type 40 adjusted WPM
