Job Summary
Provide diverse and confidential administrative support to Bank of America executives and teams in Seoul. Core duties include greeting and directing visitors, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, updating documents and forms, preparing meeting minutes and correspondence, supporting executives’ calendars, coordinating travel and expense reports, and resolving problems with professional judgment. Requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective written and oral communication, adaptability, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Education requirement: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
