Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for the Operations Department providing administrative support to the operations team. Responsible for managing daily office tasks, maintaining files and databases, preparing and editing correspondence and reports, assisting with compliance audits and departmental reviews, ensuring documentation complies with policies and regulations, coordinating with the Operations Coordinator to implement procedures, providing support to staff, handling phone calls and emails, disseminating information to campus staff, and performing other duties as assigned. Role requires strong organization, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, occasional light lifting, and some nights/weekends; moderate travel expected in an office setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED

- Associate Degree is preferred
- Experience working in related fields is preferred
