Job Summary
Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher supports a fast-paced office with a mix of receptionist, customer service, HR admin, and dispatch duties. Responsibilities include preparing sales quotes, reviewing driver activity and payroll paperwork, coordinating deliveries, ordering supplies, answering phones, processing customer requests, scheduling workloads, updating customer accounts, data entry and reporting, dispatching orders and staff, and handling billing and payroll-related tasks; requires strong organization, communication, and MS Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Administrative Experience within a construction/manufacturing/industrial/dispatch field environment
- 2 years of experience with timesheets, certified payrolls, general human resources
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
