Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and team by handling administrative tasks, organizing and distributing correspondence, managing records and reservations, responding to inquiries, and preparing documents. Maintain and update records in computer systems, handle incoming/outgoing mail, filing systems, and organization of office activities. Ensure adherence to company policies, professional appearance, confidentiality, and protection of company assets. Welcome and assist guests, communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents, answer phones with proper etiquette, build positive working relationships, support the team in achieving goals, listen and respond to colleagues, and perform tasks as requested by Supervisors. May involve lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds and contributing to day-to-day administrative operations in a Marriott hotel environment.
