Job Summary
ADM Middle School Associate assists the teacher by working with individual students or small groups to help achieve specific learning goals, supports students with academic, behavior, and social needs, reads to students, guides appropriate choices, helps devise reinforcement strategies, and monitors students during arrival, recess, dismissal, and lunch/recess periods. Requires strong student-focused collaboration, time management, and confidentiality; typical hours are 7:30am-3:45pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-12:45pm Friday. Salary range is $16.36-$18.16 per hour. Location: Adel, Iowa (United States).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
