Job Summary
Engage students who have dropped out or exhibit chronic absenteeism, providing outreach, individualized support, barrier removal, and system coordination to ensure equitable access to education and pathways to graduation. Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to remove barriers to attendance, develop personalized intervention plans, coordinate RtI/MTSS-aligned supports, and monitor progress and grant compliance. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to conduct home visits, and capacity to work with diverse student and family populations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field required
- Master's degree preferred; or Associate degree or at least 60 college credit hours and five (5) years of related work experience in social services, health, education, or outreach will be considered in combination
