Job Summary
Conduct routine installations and maintenance on assigned semiconductor products while performing log analysis of system errors during qualification and testing. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in on-the-job training for internal technicians, and prepare status reports and QA check sheets for submission. Perform preventative maintenance on machines, maintain accurate work records, and attend daily field meetings to recommend technical solutions to engineering groups. Work with minimum supervision, wearing required PPE including Tyvek suits and safety gear, while traveling up to 5 miles daily and working at heights using ladders or scissor lifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work with heights (Ladder, Scissor lift, Etc.)
- 1 -2 years of knowledge of electrical diagnostic instruments and shop/hand tools
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints and diagnose/troubleshoot electromechanical devices
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player
- Flexible and willing to work a compressed work week
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Working knowledge of Digital Voltmeter and Oscilloscope functionality
- PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Windows)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Must be able to walk up to 5+miles per day
- Must be able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time
- Must be able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must be able to work on a ladder
- Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds
- Must wear PPE including a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, a face mask, and a hard hat
Desired Qualifications
- Technical School or Military Certification is preferred
