Job Summary
Machine Adjuster Trainee/Operator role on the production floor responsible for changing machines between sizes/styles/windows/gum/printing, coordinating with Machine Operators to meet production targets and uphold quality, inspecting finished products, troubleshooting malfunctions, assisting with maintenance needs, maintaining a clean work area, completing production paperwork, and supporting overtime as needed. Requires standing most of the shift, repetitive hand/wrist motions, lifting up to 75 pounds, and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts with safety procedures. Located in Henrico, VA on a production team guided by the shift supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Machine Adjuster or Machine Operator preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and maintain focus under fast-paced production conditions.
