Job Summary
Conduct daily field property adjusting for residential and commercial claims in Central Wisconsin, prioritizing policyholders through empathy and clear communication. Manage workload independently while exercising good judgment, utilizing strong technological skills to write damage estimates in Xactimate. Maintain a flexible schedule beyond standard hours to meet the needs of insureds and carriers, ensuring timely updates on all claims. This role requires a current, active Xactimate license, three years of property adjusting experience, and the ability to access roofs for inspections. We offer continuous feedback, quarterly coaching, and training tailored to your growth objectives within a diverse market of carriers.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to effectively and independently manage workload while exercising good judgement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technological skills with the ability to work within various claims management systems
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience
- Current, active Xactimate license
- Experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate
- Ability to pass a background screen
- Current, active license where required
- Equipment and ability to access roofs
