Job Summary
Prioritize policyholders during time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding while managing a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers. Conduct daily field property adjusting in Central Wisconsin, writing residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate, and utilizing strong technological skills within various claims management systems. Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with both policyholders and carrier clients while exercising independent judgment to effectively manage workload. Pass a background screen and hold a current, active Xactimate license, with three years of property adjusting experience and carrier knowledge required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technological skills with the ability to work within various claims management systems
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience
- Current, active Xactimate license
- Experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate
- Ability to pass a background screen
- Current, active license where required
- Equipment and ability to access roofs
