Job Summary
Adjuster Level II, Accident Benefits Claims manages MIG claims and non-complex priority disputes under SABS, supports early investigations of potential fraud, and ensures timely adjudication and reserving accuracy. Role involves coordinating assessments, maintaining professional communication with claimants, medical providers, legal representatives, and internal partners; documenting thoroughly and ensuring regulatory compliance. Contributes to development with stretch assignments toward Level III, participates in training and QA, and collaborates with appraisers, legal counsel, medical consultants, brokers, agents, and the Direct Sales Center. Requires strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, organization, discretion, and a commitment to continuous learning and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Accident Benefits adjusting experience
- Post-secondary education in Insurance, Business, or a related field; CIP designation in progress preferred
