Job Summary
Adjuster II (Property) - permanent full-time role located in Saskatoon, responsible for adjusting complex property claims; collect, review, investigate, and analyze claims information, interpret applicable policy wordings and regulations, and negotiate settlements. Conduct or direct site visits to determine scope of damage or loss, manage standsby rotation, submit vendor assignments, determine coverage and values, prepare schedules and estimates using estimating software, and maintain claim files. Coordinate with customers, brokers, witnesses, and third parties; obtain statements and proofs of loss; assess negligence and potential subrogation; communicate settlements and ensure regulatory compliance. Drive a customer-centric claims experience, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver timely settlements.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, or defined equivalency
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, in positions where required
