Job Summary
Credit part-time, adjunct faculty positions available in HVAC/R, focused on instructing and facilitating learning in the classroom and lab. Responsibilities include planning course instruction, collaborating on curriculum development, supervising projects and lab activities, evaluating student work, and staying current on industry developments. Candidates should have a Technical Associates Degree or higher, significant industry experience, and necessary certifications. No previous teaching experience required, but strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Associates Degree or higher is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years in HVAC/R Industry
- EPA Section 608 Technician Certification – Minimum: Types I & II (Universal preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Moderate computer and technology skills
Desired Qualifications
- RSES or NATE industry certifications preferred
