Job Summary
The Adjunct Chef Instructor role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership and communication skills capable of leading culinary students in both the kitchen and classroom settings. Responsibilities include overseeing meal service in an onsite culinary restaurant, providing classroom culinary instruction, ensuring safety and sanitation practices are upheld, and maintaining effective communication with students and staff. Applicants must possess an Associate's Degree in culinary arts, current Serv-Safe certification, a minimum of five years full-service restaurant experience, and at least two years in a chef or supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in culinary arts from a regionally accredited Institution required
- Current Serv-Safe certification
- Minimum of 5 years full-service restaurant experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a chef/supervisory role
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
