Adjunct: Student Teaching Supervisor

Job Summary
Observe and evaluate student teachers in clinical settings, providing timely, constructive feedback on teaching performance. Conduct formal observations using PDE-aligned evaluation forms and facilitate coaching conversations to promote reflection and instructional growth. Maintain professional communication with university faculty, mentor teachers, and student teachers while ensuring timely submission of observation reports, evaluations, and final grades. Participate in orientation and supervisor meetings as required, supporting candidates through their Stage 3 and Stage 4 experiences. This field-based adjunct role requires regular travel during school hours to assigned sites and adherence to Pennsylvania Department of Education standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) teaching certification
- Minimum of 5 years of successful PK-12 teaching and/or supervisory experience
- Ability to travel independently during school hours to local partnering districts
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic Social Teaching
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills in educational settings

Desired Qualifications
