Job Summary
Adjunct Professor in the School of Education responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in undergraduate and/or graduate education programs, teaching courses such as teacher education, curriculum and instruction, educational leadership, or special education; develop content aligned with curriculum, standards, and program learning outcomes; utilize diverse instructional methods; supervise or support student teachers/interns; collaborate with partner schools and mentor teachers; maintain records, provide feedback, and communicate with students; ensure alignment with accreditation standards and state licensure requirements; hold office hours and participate in faculty activities; comply with FERPA and university policies.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline
- Relevant professional experience in K–12 education, educational leadership, or related field
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds
