Job Summary
Prepare and deliver engaging, innovative nursing coursework in accordance with approved syllabi and college policies. Teach on one or more campuses or off-site locations, including evening and weekend programs, while adhering to Texas Education Code requirements for in-person work. Maintain professional standards and core values throughout all teaching assignments, which may include dual credit courses. Perform other duties as assigned while subject to a criminal background check due to security sensitivity. Submit qualifying transcripts with your application to ensure consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing OR a Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in discipline/qualifying field and hold a bachelor's degree in discipline/qualifying field(s)
- Must hold a current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
- Must be able to perform duties on-site
- Must be subject to a criminal background check
- Must attach a copy of their qualifying transcripts to the application
