Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate classroom experiences for students in a designated content area as per University policy. Coordinate learning activities within a particular content area in accord with the total program of studies and expertise in selected areas to enhance student learning. Maintain continuing education, scholarly activity, and/or practice. May supervise student research and internships. Perform other duties as needed. The School of Nursing and Allied Health is preparing to offer a wider variety of undergraduate sections to support growing programs.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Kinesiology or related field
- Ability to teach one or more courses in wellness, prevention, and related topic
- Active Christian faith
- Support and personify the Preamble to the By-Laws of the University, Scripture and a Christian Worldview, and the Ten Pillars Core Convictions of HCU
- Acceptance and affirmation of the statements in the Preamble to the By-Laws of the University, Scripture and a Christian Worldview, and the Ten Pillars Core Convictions of HCU
- Embodiment of biblical orthodoxy and ethics
