Job Summary
Seeking experienced Adjunct Professors to teach within a 12-week cohort-based academy and a 4–6-week certification extension track focused on real-world professional skills and career placement opportunities. Responsibilities include designing and delivering structured syllabi, instructing engaging sessions, providing practical instruction, and supporting students' certification readiness and professional growth. Candidates must have relevant professional experience, preferred teaching or mentorship experience, and a strong commitment to empowering youth through structured mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience in relevant field
- Teaching, training, or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Passion for workforce development and youth empowerment
- Commitment to professionalism, consistency, and student success
Desired Qualifications
- Prior adjunct or workshop facilitation experience
- Experience working with first-generation or underserved populations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
