Job Summary
Utilize a course syllabus to teach Criminal Justice courses on campus and online while following established departmental and institutional guidelines. Provide timely, quality access to students via personal consultation and electronic communication, and evaluate them by established means to measure progress and inform them of their standing. Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community, and submit all required paperwork and forms in a timely fashion. Perform other duties as needed consistent with the University's Christian mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- MA, JD, or PhD in Government or Political Science
- Ability to teach criminal justice courses in a manner consistent with the University's Christian mission and values
- Acceptance and affirmation of the University's 'Scripture and a Christian Worldview' and 'Ten Pillars Core Convictions' as an essential function of employment
- Submission of a background check form authorizing screening
