Job Summary
Teach undergraduate political science courses online, including Introduction to Political Science, American National Government, and Introduction to International Affairs. Collaborate with colleagues in the History and Political Science department to adapt course materials using departmental templates and required texts. Provide regular feedback on student work and maintain communication through virtual office hours and email. Keep clear records in iLearn and Workday while participating in department-wide assessments and responding to student evaluations. Requires a master's degree in political science with experience in online course development.

- Masters degree in political science
- Student-focused teaching that addresses the needs of all learners, both traditional and nontraditional
- Ongoing professional development
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of and interest in diverse cultures and populations
Desired Qualifications
- PhD in Political Science
- Experience in teaching and/or developing online courses in Political Science
- Experience with a variety of pedagogical and technological educational delivery methods
