Job Summary
Teach assigned courses at day, night, and extension campus locations while facilitating student learning through traditional and non-traditional instructional methods. Prepare, grade, and return assignments in a timely manner to promote student growth, and maintain professional expertise through compliance training. Establish an effective learning environment by encouraging student feedback surveys and providing educational assistance during office hours or by appointment. Submit and maintain reports related to student learning and adhere to institutional deadlines. Submit unofficial transcripts when applying.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
- Teaching experience
- work experience in the Graphics Industry
- Implementation and interpretation of quality control standards devices and results
- Prefer teaching experience at the college level
- Demonstrated ability to work with various populations representing a wide range of abilities, ages, nationalities and cultures
- Experience with instructional technology
- Expert level knowledge of current Creative Cloud programs - specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to travel to all campus locations
