Adjunct Opportunities - ESL

Adjunct teaching opportunities in the ESL/ALP Program at Bergen Community College for Fall and Winter 2026. The ESL/ALP Department provides courses in Grammar, Reading, Writing, and Speaking/Listening across four levels (Beginner to Advanced). Responsibilities include teaching ESL to diverse student populations, assessing placement test results to determine starting levels, and supporting students’ academic, professional, and personal goals. Requirements include a Master’s degree in TESOL or Applied Linguistics and at least one full year of ESL teaching experience (preferably at a community college).
