Job Summary
Adjunct Oceanographers are appointed from senior technical staff at other institutions who aim to collaborate with WHOI's Scientific and Technical Staffs while maintaining their regular jobs. Appointments are typically for four-year periods, renewable, and require a strong research background. Candidates must submit a curriculum vitae, a written explanation of research objectives, recommendations, and publication samples. While primarily voluntary, rare compensations may occur; however, the Adjunct position does not guarantee salary support.
Required Qualifications
