Job Summary
Teach and evaluate students in clinical settings, including lab, simulation, and didactic opportunities, while modeling values of Passion, Excellence, Adaptability, Accountability, and Integrity. Create an engaging learning environment that supports academic progression and professional socialization. Assess student learning, provide timely feedback, support remediation of at-risk students, and coach on leadership, ethics, and critical thinking. Collaborate with Course Lead Faculty on curriculum delivery and program evaluation. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with FERPA and college policies. Begin on-site, in-person weekday daytime assignments starting August 31, 2026, at the Sarasota, FL campus.
Required Qualifications
- Master's- and/or doctorate-level nursing degree
- 3+ years of recent direct RN-level patient care experience
- Flexibility to teach clinicals required
Desired Qualifications
- Flexibility to teach labs and/or didactic courses in other areas of the nursing curriculum
