Job Summary
Facilitate student learning across hybrid, in-person, virtual, and online course delivery; develop and continually revise competency-based curriculum; assess student learning and provide data-driven feedback to improve persistence, retention, and course success; manage classroom environment and attendance; collaborate with division teams and community/industry partners to recruit students and promote programs; advise students on schedules, internships, and program information; maintain licensure/quality assurance requirements; teach on a per-course basis with flexible delivery formats; hourly pay rate of $45, with 3–8 hours weekly expected; requires UA 400 Journeyworker credential and continued professional development; work in a hybrid environment with on-site and remote components.
Required Qualifications
- UA Local 400 Journeyworker card or equivalent
- Verifiable apprenticeship completion and current Journeyworker UA 400 card required
- Proficiency utilizing our learning management system
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Adapt quickly to changing demands, assignments, and circumstances to meet student needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally with various audiences
- Engage in continuous improvement in the quality of instruction by embracing innovative methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods
