Job Summary
Teach assigned Environmental Science courses using a departmentally established outline and assess learning outcomes. Collaborate with other instructors to provide a cohesive learning experience for a diverse student population. This pooled position requires a Master's degree in an appropriate discipline, prior college teaching experience, and familiarity with the Canvas learning management system. Adjunct pay is based on $910 per credit hour, with laboratory sessions typically scheduled during the day. Qualified applicants will be contacted as positions become available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in appropriate discipline
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- 365 days within which to establish a primary residence in NJ
Desired Qualifications
- Prior college/university teaching experience
- Prior knowledge of Canvas or similar learning platform
