Job Summary
Adjunct Instructor for HMU 310 Orchestration I at Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken, NJ). Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining course syllabus, teaching assigned classes, attending class sessions, grading and providing feedback, scheduling office hours, completing assessments, and attending at least one orientation meeting. Must provide a comprehensive course syllabus prior to the semester start, include all course requirements, grading policy, assignments, exams, and required reading, and submit textbook orders in time for materials to arrive before the first week. Adhere to the HASS faculty handbook. Qualifications: MFA in Music with preference for prior teaching of this class; university-level teaching experience required.
