Job Summary
Credit part-time adjunct faculty teaching positions in Middle/Secondary Education. Ideal candidates should demonstrate understanding and use of adult learning principles, possess advanced knowledge in adolescent development and cognition, and have experience in using technology to support teaching. Responsibilities include effectively communicating and assessing student learning and application of course outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Education from a Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) approved Institutional Accreditor institution is required.
- At least seven years of full-time experience teaching at the middle or secondary level.
- Understanding and effective communication, scaffolding, and assessment of student learning and program outcomes.
- Experience and expertise in using technology to support teaching and learning.
Desired Qualifications
- College teaching experience preferred.
