Job Summary
Adjunct Faculty position for RIOP 120 Leadership, Teams, and Organizational Behavior at Brandeis University in an online Master’s program. Responsibilities include timely course content rollout, active presence in live and asynchronous instruction, regular student communication, rubric-based feedback, and adherence to university standards for accessibility and online delivery. Requires an advanced degree (Ph.D./PsyD/Master’s) in a relevant field, minimum two years of cross-sector experience in organizational learning/development and leadership development, and at least one year of online teaching experience with strong online communication skills. Preferred candidates have prior graduate-level online teaching experience and familiarity with online course tools. Compensation details disclosed in pay range; employment is within a collective bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local 509. Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s, Ph.D. or PsyD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Science/Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Instructional Design or a related field
- Minimum 2 years professional experience within diverse industries or sectors, with a focus on organizational learning and development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, HR business partnering / strategy development, management consulting, talent management or related roles
- At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous)
- Excellent communication and teaching skills in an online learning environment
