Job Summary
Individuals appointed from this adjunct faculty pool will primarily teach courses within the Humanities, which include English Studies, Spanish & American Sign Language, and Philosophy. Responsibilities involve preparing and delivering engaging instruction, academic advising, and conducting assessments. Qualifications include a Master’s or terminal degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent experience, along with demonstrated teaching potential. This is a part-time, temporary position with compensation based on educational level and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Initial appointment at the rank of Instructor requires a Master’s or terminal degree in the discipline taught or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in the discipline taught or a related field, plus equivalency of Master’s degree in years of professional experience in the field
- Demonstrated teaching potential
