Job Summary
Teach in-person and/or online courses in Human Services, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling, and Psychology, covering topics such as ethics, research methods, social work, and clinical psychology. Design instruction for introductory and advanced classes while utilizing pre-built course shells on Blackboard for online formats. Deliver morning, afternoon, and evening sessions as required, and complete a new employee orientation. Submit a resume, cover letter, unofficial transcripts, and three professional references to apply. Compensation ranges from $1,600 to $2,500 per course depending on format and duration. Hilbert College hires candidates residing in New York, Florida, Michigan, Wyoming, Ohio, and West Virginia, with appointments starting in January 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a relevant field
