Adjunct, Finance

Part-time adjunct faculty to teach Finance, Risk Management & Insurance, or Real Estate courses, either on campus or online; duties include using established course content, preparing materials, delivering lectures, participating in Assurance of Learning activities, and coordinating with program faculty to maintain quality and consistency. Requires a Master’s Degree (or Ph.D.) with substantial teaching or industry experience in Finance, Risk Management & Insurance, or Real Estate; preferred candidates have prior teaching experience and are open to flexible scheduling; responsibilities may include teaching 1–2 courses per semester during day or evening offerings. Modality can be fully online or in-person, with Philadelphia, PA as a primary location under university guidelines; out-of-state applicants are restricted to PA, NJ, NY (excluding NYC ZIPs), and DE.
