Job Summary
Teach courses in Teacher Education as adjunct faculty, developing and delivering lesson plans and measurable course objectives; evaluate student learning and maintain office hours; advise students, participate in program and curriculum development, and engage in scholarly and service activities; collaborate professionally with students, staff, and community members to support student success; uphold college expectations for credentialing, professional development, and ethical conduct; may involve evening or weekend responsibilities and adherence to safety and compliance policies; position requires residency in Colorado and may involve state-specific travel or remote coordination as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in the specific program or related field (e.g., business, finance, management, marketing)
- Minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience or equivalent in higher education
- Higher education teaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of pedagogy and teaching experience equivalent to two years
- Strong background in computers and technology; organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to research and analyze data; ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to develop lesson plans, course objectives, and measurable outcomes; prepare syllabi and course outlines; maintain student records; provide student advising
- Commitment to inclusive education and working with diverse communities; willingness to engage in scholarly and service activities

- The employee must be a resident of Colorado and perform duties within the state
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
