Job Summary
DUTIES include teaching up to two courses per semester in the B.S. Sport & Recreation Management or B.S. Applied Sports Analytics programs; develop and manage the class syllabus to meet department standards; plan and deliver lectures and assignments; assess student performance; mentor students; and perform other duties as assigned. Instruction may be delivered on-campus, off-campus, or online and teaching hours may vary by demand.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the field or terminal degree in the field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
- Online or hybrid teaching experience
- Credentials and transcripts as required for faculty appointment
- Criminal history verification per institutional procedures
