Job Summary
Conduct high-quality instruction in Sociology courses for the Early College Academy, developing and updating curriculum to meet educational standards. Maintain compliance with Early College assignment requirements, including contract days, schedules, and participation in events like New Student Orientation and Parent/Teacher Conferences. Implement learning-centered practices using alternative delivery technology to enhance student outcomes and participate in assessment of student learning. Provide effective instruction across all course levels while performing other duties as assigned. Work Monday through Friday at the Early College Academy, with some evening availability for school activities.
