Job Summary
Adjunct Faculty for the School of Nursing to deliver online and residential instruction for undergraduate and graduate programs. Responsibilities include teaching in accordance with the syllabus and university guidelines, offering availability on weekends or evenings, motivating students to achieve course objectives, fostering student spiritual formation and growth, modeling Christ-like attitudes, and integrating biblical concepts into student engagement. Positions are temporary, part-time adjunct roles during the academic year, with residential roles based in Cedarville, Ohio and online roles potentially available for remote work in certain states (excluding California and Hawaii). Requires MSN or BSN, prior teaching experience, demonstrated expertise in the discipline, critical/creative thinking, ability to integrate biblical worldview into assessments, and willingness to align with Cedarville's doctrinal standards.
Required Qualifications
- MSN or BSN graduate
- Prior teaching experience
- Exhibit expertise (either work or research) in the discipline to be taught
- Proven ability to think critically and creatively
- Capacity to integrate the Bible into student assessments and student interactions
- Ability to learn education delivery platform (Ex: Canvas)
- Qualified applicant must be born-again Christian
