Job Summary
Adjunct Faculty teaching online for the Cedarville University Robert W. Plaster School of Business MBA program. Deliver online courses aligned to the syllabus, with availability on weekends or evenings, in fields such as Business Analytics, Accounting, or Operations Management. Instruction may be remote in eligible states (excluding CA and HI). Emphasis on integrating biblical concepts and worldview into instruction, modeling Christian values, and supporting students' spiritual formation in an online education setting. Positions are temporary, part-time adjunct roles for the academic year as needs arise. Requires Ph.D. or D.B.A., graduate teaching experience, and willingness to adhere to the university's doctrinal and community standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or D.B.A. in a business discipline required
- Prior teaching experience at the graduate level is required, online preferred
- Expertise (either work or research) in the discipline to be taught
- Capacity to integrate the Bible into instruction, student assessments and student interactions
- Ability to learn education delivery platform (Canvas)
- Qualified applicant must be a born again Christian
