Job Summary
Teach courses in alignment with the university's mission, developing instructional strategies that promote student engagement and providing timely feedback on student work. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and performance while utilizing the Canvas learning management system for course management. Serve as a Christian role model to students, integrating faith and learning within the academic discipline, and demonstrate cross-cultural experience with respect and humility. Submit a one-page essay describing personal faith and its influence on teaching, alongside a curriculum vitae and letter of interest. Compensation is paid per credit hour commensurate with education and experience; positions are subject to close at any time.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant terminal degree
- Relevant ministry experience
- Demonstrated expertise in subject matter

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to integrating faith and learning within the academic discipline
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- A commitment to the University's Theology of Racial and Ethnic Diversity
- A desire to work with a diverse community of students and employees who represent various cultures, backgrounds, abilities, ethnicities, political views, and expressions of Christian faith
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ

Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience in the field related to the subject being taught
- Previous teaching experience in higher education
