Adjunct Faculty - Nutrition Department, College of Health Sciences

Teach lecture and lab weekly on Tuesday and Thursday, create a grocery list weekly, and ensure students follow lab cleaning procedures. Other duties as assigned. Candidates must hold a master's in nutrition with at least 18 graduate hours in the field; a Registered Dietitian credential and Church of Christ affiliation are preferred. Some teaching experience is also preferred. This role supports student growth through hands-on instruction, critique, and mentorship within the College of Health Sciences.
